Atlas Townhomes
Objective
Atlas Townhomes is a retirement community in Sedona, Arizona. Atlas wanted a condo brochure that allowed retirees’ to have the creative freedom to make their own retirement. The brochure, with multiple deliverables (folder, business card, floor plans and a give-away with packaging) would reflect the what Atlas Townhomes and the town of Sedona had to offer new residents.
Solution
Sedona, Arizona is a medium sized city about an hour from Phoenix. Sedona has an abundance of natural red rock formations, forests and nature that is not seen in the deserts around Phoenix. I created a booklet that described the amenities a resident would find at the Atlas Townhomes and the nature they could experience in Sedona. I used artistic tools and textures to create a bright palette of colors and images to evoke the aura of Sedona.

There are two floor plans one for a three story town home and a two story townhome to give the resident options about where and how they want to live.
Guest Gift
This is a gift given to the residences. A hand made watercolor painting and a laser cut frame to store new memories.
