Runway Cookbook
Objective
Create a 24 page cookbook and menu system consisting of 4 different menus to be served at a community kitchen or restaurant around a theme of the runway and fashion mixed with gourmet cuisine.

Solution
Runway is an upscale restaurant in New York City that combines two of the things that NYC is known for, fashion and food. The restaurant was created by two sisters, one a business woman the other a fashion model. The food served is high class food that can be modified to meet diet requirements. The restaurant also serves as a platform for location fashion designers. Every three months three new designers will display their clothes to give them a public outlet. Once a month the restaurant holds a fashion show for local designers along with their famous food.

Menu System
The menus system was built to stack one on top of the other so they could be easily presented to guests on a clipboard. The idea of each menu was based off a fashion show word such as First Look, which is when the coordinators of the show see what outfits will be shown. The food is displayed on the models because the food is presented like the clothes at a fashion show.
The best part was to name different cocktail drinks after famous fashion designers!
